The West Medford Community Center is extremely honored to be named as a 2023 Tufts Community Grant Recipient for our 3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration scheduled for Saturday, June 17th. WMCC is part of a group of 35 other fantastic local nonprofits in the communities of Boston, Medford, Somerville and Grafton. It’s a lovely notion that this grant fund is supported by the dollars of Tufts faculty & staff. “A generous two-to-one matching gift from Cummings Foundation enabled the awarding of $3,000 grants- the largest grants by dollar amount ever provided by the program.” Thanks to Tufts University Community Relations for getting us all together & hosting a wonderful event.
